ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
• Pre-order items may require up to 7 business days for processing and packaging before dispatch.
• Orders placed via EFT will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.
• Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

1. Economy Delivery (Major City Centres Only)

• Nationwide delivery to major city centres.
• Orders are processed and consolidated before dispatch.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Free delivery applies to orders over R2500+ (major centres only).
• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Domestic / Outlying Area Delivery

• Applicable to regional and outlying areas.
• Delivered via trusted third-party courier services.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier schedules.

3. Local Express Delivery (Within 5km Radius)

• Door-to-door delivery within a 5km radius of our practice in Rietfontein, Pretoria.
• Subject to courier availability and weather conditions (bike courier service).
• Orders are accepted between 09:30 and 14:00 only.
• Orders placed after cut-off times will be processed the next business day.
• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or customer unavailability may result in additional charges.

4. Local Pick-Up (In-Store Collection)

• Customers may place orders online and collect directly from our store.
• Subject to stock availability.
• Orders must be paid and confirmed before collection.

DELIVERY COSTS

• Economy Delivery (Major Centres): From R110 (automatically calculated based on location)
• Domestic / Outlying Areas: From R200+ (depending on area)
• Free Economy Delivery: Orders over R2500+ (major centres only)
• Local Express Delivery (within 5km): R65

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and cleared.
• Customers requiring fast processing must ensure EFT payments clear immediately and proof of payment is submitted promptly.
• Beauty Spot Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Orders placed via email or WhatsApp will be processed once confirmed and payment reflects in our account.
